It never seems to stop.
The chatter of social media, the hum of daily tasks, the constant call to do more, be more.
But silence, not the absence of sound, but the presence of quiet within, is where true power lives.
We often think of silence as an empty space, a void to be filled. But real silence is the space between things. The space between thoughts, between words, between actions. It is the pause that gives meaning to the music, the stillness that allows the soul to hear.
It is something you carry within you, always.
It is the stillness between your breath, the calm between your thoughts.
It is the knowing that you can choose silence, even in a world that demands noise.
Silence isn’t just something you find. It is something you create.
It is in the choice to mute the endless scroll of distractions.
It is in the moments when you choose not to speak, but to simply listen to yourself, to others, to the world around you.
In your yoga practice, in your home, in your relationships, silence becomes a tool for returning to your center.
It is a sacred act of self preservation. It is the intention to withdrawal from the noise with the intention to reconnect with what truly matters.
There is power in being with yourself without needing to fill the space with anything.
In the stillness, you can hear the quiet wisdom of your body, the deep hum of your soul.
In a noisy world, silence is a balm for overwhelm.
When we slow down, when we sit with ourselves in silence, we give our bodies, minds, and hearts the space they need to recalibrate, to heal, to restore.
It’s in this silence that we find our center again.
The sacred feminine, the Femme in all of us, does not have to be loud or quiet because it is not defined by what she says or does. She is defined by her presence.
In myself it is the quiet strength I want to carry with grace.
That sacred feminine within me knows that silence is not weakness, but strength in knowing stillness will embrace her as life unfolds in its chaotic ways.
She speaks not just with her voice, but with her presence. She listens more than she speaks, knowing that within silence, the world speaks its deepest truths.
