My approach to offering yoga and TCTSY is grounded in the yogic principle of Sthira and Sukha, the balance of effort and ease. I invite practitioners to explore their inner strength while gently softening into embodied presence.
As a certified Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) facilitator, I offer somatic practices that integrate trauma theory, attachment, and neuroscience to support healing and embodiment. My RYT-500 journey began at Kripalu, where I first experienced the sacredness of bringing presence to even the simplest movements, and how ordinary practice can become a pathway to wholeness.
With more than 15 years of teaching experience, over 800 hours of training, and a longstanding personal practice, my work is grounded in depth, care, and quiet respect.
